Open Positions
Senior Coding Instructor
You'll teach our JavaScript and Python tracks. We need someone who can break down complex concepts, give useful feedback, and actually enjoy working with beginners. Experience teaching (not just coding) matters. You'll work closely with 8-12 students per cohort.

Build and refine our course materials. You'll research what employers actually want, test lessons with students, and fix what isn't working. This role blends instructional design with real development experience. We need someone who sweats the details.

Keep things running smoothly. Handle admissions follow-ups, track student progress, coordinate with instructors, and solve logistical problems before they become real problems. You're organized, responsive, and actually enjoy helping people solve challenges.

Guide 3-4 students through their coding journey outside standard hours. Review code, answer questions, push them to think deeper. You'll work roughly 10-12 hours weekly at R420/hour. Perfect if you're coding professionally but want to give back.
